About the Role The Director of LV/Fiber Deployment leads the planning, execution, and operational handoff of low-voltage and fiber infrastructure deployments across data center, edge, and network facilities.
This leader ensures deployments are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality and reliability standards. The role owns the end-to-end deployment lifecycle: design coordination, vendor strategy, material readiness, field execution, commissioning support, documentation, and turnover to operations. What You’ll be Doing Lead regional or global deployment programs for structured cabling, fiber backbone, low-voltage systems, and related physical infrastructure.
Build and lead a high-performing team of deployment managers, program managers, field engineers, and vendor partners. Own deployment planning, schedules, resource models, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting. Partner with design, construction, network engineering, data center operations, supply chain, security, and commissioning teams to deliver production-ready infrastructure. Establish standardized deployment playbooks, quality controls, acceptance criteria, and turnover processes.
