About this role

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team.

As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We are looking for a Senior Director, Healthcare Partnerships to develop and scale Oura’s partnerships with health plans, health systems and virtual care companies. This is a highly strategic opportunity for a commercially minded builder.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sell a mature, off-the-shelf program through an existing network. The person in this role will need to discover the problems that matter most to healthcare buyers, shape the right solutions with internal teams and partners, and create a repeatable path from early pilots to scaled commercial programs. You will own the full partnership journey: identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing the value proposition and business case, co-designing the solution, navigating complex contracting and implementation, launching programs, proving value, and expanding successful partnerships.

You will be equally comfortable in a boardroom with health plan executives and in working sessions with product managers and clinical leaders. What You Will Do: Market development Define and refine Oura’s ideal customer profiles across health plans, health systems and virtual care companies. Engage with enterprise healthcare prospects where Oura’s continuous wearable signals can improve patient engagement and care delivery, leading to improved health outcomes, greater patient satisfaction and reduced costs of care.
