Audi – Diagnostic Vehicle Technician | Join Our Established Team at Glasgow Audi Permanent, Full Time Realistic annual earnings: Senior / Diagnostic Technician – £50,685 realistic annual earnings (based on £41,000 basic, includes HVE qualification) Flexible hours available: 40 hours Monday–Friday (08:30–17:00), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30–12:30) OR choose a fixed 4‑day working week (Mon–Thu / Tue–Fri, 42 hours) An excellent opportunity has opened at Glasgow Audi for skilled, motivated senior/diagnostic Technician to join our established and high‑performing site.
This role offers the chance to develop your career within a trusted, well‑supported workshop environment. You’ll carry out high‑quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring every customer leaves with complete confidence in their vehicle. Responsibilities • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to high standards. • Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical / electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based technology.
• Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects. • Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified • Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard Qualifications The ideal candidate will have minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, motor industry experience (brand), and a full and valid UK driving licence.
You’ll be self-motivated whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn, and are able to work to and maintain the highest of standards to all vehicles that take a spin through our doors. Although previous brand experience is desirable, it is not essential, as brand accreditation training will be provided. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
