📋 Description Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level, building relationships Own the strategic narrative for your account, translating a multi-year transformation into a story Represent Karat with the rigor and polish clients expect from a leading consulting or technology Define the engagement strategy and roadmap, then own execution end-to-end, from statement of work Catch account risk early and give the Client Partner and Karat executives consistent, honest Own relationship mapping across your account(s), partnering with the Solutions Engineer and Project 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in a client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting role, including A track record owning complex, high-stakes client relationships with Fortune 500 or comparable Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence rather than formal authority.

Comfort operating with executive stakeholders; you hold your own and earn trust with a client's VP Strong commercial instincts; you spot and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with a Structured problem-solving under ambiguity; you build the plan rather than wait for one.
