Our Hosting team delivers InterSystems' solutions as hosted or managed services to customers worldwide, supporting business-critical and regulated workloads that require dependable protection and recoverability. The annual goal of this role is to implement and operate consistent global data protection practices, policies, and services using Rubrik Enterprise Edition. The role holder will strengthen backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and governance while improving automation, assurance, and operational maturity.
Success is measured by policy compliance, protection coverage, recovery readiness, service reliability, reduced data-loss risk, and demonstrable achievement of recovery objectives. Key Responsibilities Implement, administer, and improve Rubrik Enterprise Edition globally, including configuration, upgrades, capacity, health, security, and lifecycle management. Define and enforce global data protection policies, SLA domains, retention standards, archival, replication, immutability, access controls, and encryption requirements. Translate business, regulatory, contractual, and risk requirements into protection tiers, recovery point objectives, recovery time objectives, and operating procedures.
