What you'll do Coordinate and supervise projects across Customer Success Track project deadlines and deliverables; support workload, timeline and roadmap planning across projects Prepare, maintain and distribute departmental KPI reports Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency Identify, evaluate and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions within Customer Success Ensure Customer Success Managers are equipped to work effectively with existing tools and workflows, supporting adoption across the team Promote knowledge sharing and enablement activities across the team Drive initiatives independently, from concept to measurable outcome What you bring to the table Significant experience in project coordination/management, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or Customer Success environment 3+ years working closely with Customer Success or customer-facing teams Proven track record of independently leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects Strong project management skills to run multiple initiatives in parallel, manage times proactively and keep multiple stakeholders aligned Proficiency with reporting and analytics (KPI dashboards) Hands-on experience with Customer Success platforms, ideally Planhat; Salesforce, Lightdash and Gong are a strong plus Practical experience with AI tools and automation Strong organisational and communication skills Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently drive topics Fluent in English with German language proficiency a plus About Lucanet Lucanet is the CFO solution platform for modern finance and tax teams, automating processes from consolidation and financial planning to tax compliance, ESG reporting, and cash management.
