📋 Description Be a key member of the legal team, providing appropriate risk management across Dandy’s business Draft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners, with an eye toward Partner with cross-functional commercial teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Go-to-Market Support company initiatives related to product and market launches, pricing, go-to-market motions Translate legal and other requirements or frameworks across sales, marketing, supply chain, and Advise internal business partners and executives on legal matters generally and act as trusted 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience as a lawyer generally 4+ years of experience in commercial focused work 2+ years of experience in-house at a tech company a plus, B2B startups preferred JD, LL.M, or equivalent degree, a focus in STEM a plus 🎁 Benefits Healthcare Dental Mental health support Parental planning resources Retirement savings options Generous paid time off
