📋 Description Independently perform KYC onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews Assess complex customer information, apply sound, risk-based judgment within your authority, and Support junior analysts through guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback on review quality and Contribute to KYC procedures and operational guidance, identifying areas that need clarification or Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to resolve KYC challenges and support Communicate with enterprise partners, customers, and their Compliance teams to obtain information 🎯 Requirements Strong working knowledge of US KYC requirements, including customer identification, beneficial Experience independently performing KYC reviews, assessing complex cases, and documenting Ability to support junior analysts through practical guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback.

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate blockers and Experience contributing to procedures and operational guidance that support consistent KYC reviews.
