As our Senior Compensation Manager you are a multiplier- with responsibility for leading and scaling our global compensation programs, enabling our managers, and helping our employees grow.
You will be responsible for owning, designing and delivering competitive, equitable, and innovative compensation programs that meet employees where they are today and build a strong foundation for tomorrow. In this role you will own the design and execution of our compensation programs, including the annual compensation planning cycle, evolution of our job architecture, bonus plan design and administration. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the development, execution, and expansion of Optro’s global compensation strategy and localized pay structures, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with international growth.
