In this role, you’ll be part of a high-performing, collegial and prominent Commercial team that partners with our global GTM team and directly contributes to driving Cribl’s growth.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements for cloud and on-premise software deployments, partnership, reseller and MSP contracts, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, information security agreements, business associate agreements, and vendor contracts; Collaborate with and support the partner channel teams in facilitating and negotiating deals with partners; Provide expert legal advice and support to sales and other cross-functional teams on legal issues, including problem-solving with a focus on providing available options, discussing risks for options, and executing on options the client selects; Use standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes, including documenting contracts and obligations, and use contract and matter management tools and software; Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency, reduce cycle time, and enable the Legal team to scale effectively; Create and deliver training to business teams on legal best practices, effective engagement with the Legal team, and relevant legal and regulatory developments; and Coordinate with other internal team members on cross-functional issues, including privacy, security, compliance, and product, as needed.
