Senior Commercial Analyst - Supply Partnerships
About this role
Vio https://www.vio.com/ is looking for a commercially minded analyst to own the numbers behind our hotel supply: which partners we work with, on what terms, and where we source new inventory. You will own the analysis behind those decisions and shape how a fast-growing marketplace builds its supply. At Vio, we believe booking accommodation should feel fair and effortless, never overwhelming or unclear. As one of the world's fastest-growing travel tech platforms, we help millions of users make smarter travel decisions by comparing stays across 100+ booking sites so that they can find the best place, at the best price, anywhere in the world.
Our goal is to help travellers book like an insider. That means cutting through the noise and complexity of hotel booking and surfacing real value with clarity, transparency, and full support. No tricks. No confusion. Just great stays, booked with confidence. With operations in 100+ markets and growing fast, our mission is to reshape how people discover and book accommodation through technology that travelers can trust.
🔍 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Supply Partnerships team. Vio compares hotel prices from more than 100 booking sites, and behind those prices are dozens of supply partners: OTAs, wholesalers, bed banks, hotel chains and connectivity providers. Each partner differs in what inventory it has, how competitive its prices are, what commission it pays and how reliable it is.
The same room often reaches us through several partners at different prices and on different terms. Your job is to make all of this measurable and turn it into commercial recommendations: which partners to grow, what to negotiate, where our inventory is weak and which new partners to bring in. This is an analyst role with a commercial focus: you think in margin, coverage and commercial terms, and you pull your own data to back it up.
This is a stakeholder-facing, ownership-heavy role. Partnerships managers own the relationships with our partners and the day-to-day work with them. You own the analysis behind the decisions: the business cases, the recommendations and the reporting they run on. ☑️ WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own supply performance - Own how we measure each supply partner: define the KPIs, monitor them and keep them relevant as the business changes - Be the go-to person for what changed in supply performance and why, and spot shifts before partners or leadership ask - Drive supply development with data - Find where our inventory is weak: destinations, hotel segments and rate types where we have no rates or lose on price.
