Senior Client Solution Architect - Texas (Remote)
About this role
Who You Are You are a seasoned solutions architect who thrives in complex, multi-domain environments and enjoys guiding clients towards outcomes that align technology with business strategy. You bring a consultative mindset to every engagement, asking the right questions and influencing decisions rather than leading with products. You are comfortable owning solution strategy end to end, partnering closely with Account Executives and technical leaders to drive successful deal outcomes.
You also take pride in mentoring others, helping elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization. About The Role At Myriad360, the Client Solution Architect (CSA) is essentially the technical quarterback for the account and the right-hand technical partner to the Account Executive. The AE owns the overall account relationship and sales strategy; the CSA owns helping turn client needs into a coordinated technical strategy.
That aligns directly with how Myriad leadership has described the role internally: CSAs support the sales regions, qualify opportunities, connect technical specialties, and bring the right technical resources into the sales process early. Must be based in the United States and reside in Austin or Dallas Texas. Travel up to 40% may be required. Other responsibilities include: Own technical discovery The CSA should be able to lead a conversation with the client and understand their current environment, business objectives, technical challenges, upcoming initiatives, budget/timeline considerations, and where Myriad can provide value.
The CSA shouldn't simply wait for the customer to tell us which product they want. Uncover and qualify opportunities A major part of the job is asking the right questions to turn conversations into opportunities. Internally, Myriad has highlighted CSA success specifically around uncovering client pain points and connecting those problems to solutions across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Professional Services.
Be broad technically—not necessarily the deepest SME The CSA needs enough technical breadth to have credible conversations across Myriad's portfolio. They don't need to personally design every solution. For example, if a conversation moves deeply into security, the CSA should recognize the opportunity, ask enough questions to establish what is needed, and then bring in the appropriate Security SE/SME. The same applies to networking, cloud, services, automation, observability, data center, etc.
