Senior Business Analyst CSRD ( M/F/D )
About this role
Join a program supporting sustainability reporting in the financial services sector. The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) work has already delivered its first reporting cycle, and now moves into aftercare and preparation for the next edition, alongside assessing how other regulatory initiatives around ESG risk management line up with CSRD. As Business Analyst, you'll support this program, help lead the aftercare phase, and steer preparation for the next reporting cycle.
What You'll Do: Get up to speed on the CSRD framework and understand its impacts Review disclosure requirements and work out what's needed to implement them Assess data needs, compare against what's already available, and support gap analysis Set up and run stakeholder sessions across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Sustainability, Facilities, HR, and more Keep the project plan, roadmap, and resourcing up to date, and report progress through the defined governance Track progress against deadlines Support interactions with group-level entities Help stream leads with their deliverables when needed Bring industry best practices and standards into how the project runs 3-6 years of experience Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Dutch: excellent; French: good; English: excellent (working language) Strong MS Office skills, especially comfortable working with data in Excel Experience in financial services (banking preferred) is a plus Bonus: knowledge of ESG/ESRS reporting requirements Bonus: understanding of internal control/audit practices Bonus: experience with change or project management methodologies Bonus: Project/Program Management certification Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Comfortable driving change and structuring ambiguous problems Clear communicator, diplomatic, and confidential when needed Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented Some leadership or people-management experience is an asset You'll be joining a collaborative environment where you'll have the freedom to bring your ideas, work closely with different teams, and help shape how the program runs.
