About the Role: The Senior Benefits Consultant has leadership responsibility for the consulting strategy, service, and delivery for all customers in the Senior Benefits Consultant’s book of business. The Senior Benefits Consultant provides strategic guidance to ensure exceptional customer results and satisfaction, and the achievement of Bennie’s business objectives, across the assigned consulting delivery team.
Reporting to: Principal Benefits Consultant Who You Are: The ideal candidate should have experience working in benefits consulting, managing a book of customers, and working with insurance carriers & vendors to build benefit solutions for those customers. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship building skills; and is excited to join a fast-growing benefits brokerage and work with senior team members to help deliver exceptional consulting service and experience to Bennie’s customers.
