About the role The Building Systems Team designs the GROPYUS building system and enables project realization by connecting physical and digital products and processes. The Architecture Interior Design Team within BST comprises architects, interior designers, BIM and parametric design experts. As part of the team, you will be involved in Product Development, Value Chain and Construction Project Development Processes in close collaboration with the other teams in BST (Drafting, Integrated Engineering and Building Technologies), as well as other Departments across Gropyus.
About the position Project development in stage LP5 Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost Independent prioritization and coordination of system development activities, taking into account timelines, dependencies, and the company's strategic objectives About you Must have Project experience in technical detail development of the project stage LP5 in Germany (min.
3 years), focusing on technical detailed design, particularly the building envelope and structural works Proficiency in relevant German building regulations and codes Experience in timber construction Experience with building class 4/5 Fluent English skills Good German skills Nice to have Experience with residential buildings Experience in Revit Experience in AutoCAD and in Rhino What we offer An unlimited All-in contract with 25 vacation days.
