📋 Description Design, perform, and review UAT for revenue-impacting system changes, enhancements, new SKUs, and Contribute to and draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and Support billing and revenue systems, integrations, and the Stripe 3rd-party billing implementation Help strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps and Support new revenue streams and acquisitions by helping integrate Q2C workflows, billing models Use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and support continuous 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, billing Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or major billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing Experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting Proven ability to work cross-functionally across workstreams with a strong attention to detail and 🎁 Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement benefits with company contributions Parental leave and reproductive or family planning support Mental health and wellness benefits Paid time off Life insurance and disability coverage
