Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the area of federal employment discrimination laws, to include the areas of equitable relief, pecuniary and nonpecuniary damages, and attorneys fees; experience applying the subject matter expertise in connection with leading quality and/or process improvement activities and training initiatives in federal employment discrimination complaint programs Licensure Requirement: An applicant MUST be a member in good standing of the bar of a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
