Your Mission As Accounting & Reporting Manager, you will ensure accurate, timely and IFRS-compliant accounting and reporting as Catawiki continues to grow.
You will strengthen the finance function through effective controls, scalable processes and a clear understanding of the story behind the figures. You will lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, partner with stakeholders across the organisation and ensure the financial implications of new business initiatives are appropriately captured and accounted for. What You’ll Do Lead the month-end close to ensure accurate, timely and IFRS-compliant accounting.
Deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, translating financial results into clear presentations for the Management Team, Executive Board and investors. Ensure compliance with national and local legal, accounting and regulatory requirements, keeping track of existing and emerging legislation and policies. Manage relationships with local accountants and external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulations and appropriate accounting.
Improve financial processes, reporting systems and internal controls to support efficient, accurate and timely reporting as the organisation grows. Partner with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects, ensuring the financial implications of new business initiatives are captured and appropriately accounted for. Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, building its capabilities in a continuously changing environment.
