📋 Description Prepare and support external filings and internal reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K Manage and support equity accounting under ASC 718, including monthly stock-based compensation Research and analyze routine and emerging U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, contribute to technical Support external audits and SOX compliance by preparing documentation and audit schedules Improve and automate financial reporting and accounting workflows by identifying process 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in financial reporting and/or Strong foundation in U.S.
