Senior Account Manager

About this role

Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy. Our end-to-end technology stack helps app marketers acquire and retain high-value users, while enabling publishers to maximize revenue across programmatic and direct demand. Liftoff’s solutions, including Accelerate, Direct, Monetize, Intelligence, and Vungle Exchange, support over 6,600 mobile businesses across 74 countries in sectors such as gaming, social, finance, ecommerce, and entertainment.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence. About the team: As Senior Account Manager, you'll be a senior individual contributor and a cornerstone of our commercial team. You'll own an above-average revenue target and be expected to consistently deliver, and exceed, it. Operating with a high degree of autonomy; you'll manage complex, high-value deals end-to-end, drive forecast accuracy, and actively shape how we go to market.

This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence: you'll be as comfortable building a Looker report as you are leading a high-stakes negotiation, and as effective with Finance and Product as you are in front of a customer. Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets and carrying above-average quota. Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts, surfacing risks proactively and identifying in-quarter opportunities to accelerate attainment.

Lead complex, high-value negotiations; adapting style to different stakeholders and closing with minimal concessions. Build and tailor compelling value propositions, running multi-channel outreach to fill and advance pipeline efficiently. Manage multiple concurrent work-streams with clear ownership, balancing scope, time, and quality with minimal oversight. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver solutions and influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.

Analyse multi-dimensional data in Looker, AI and Google Sheets to surface actionable insights and build compelling, decision-driving narratives. Coach junior team members and contribute to a culture of proactive, well-received feedback. Requirements: Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in digital advertising, account management, or consultative sales; preferably within mobile or programmatic ad-tech. Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills, with experience running high-value deals from prospecting through close.
