As a Senior Account Executive, Education Programs you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of academic and healthcare education program accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner to drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewal, adoption, and growth.
You will partner with academic leaders, faculty, administrators, and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation, workflow integration, training, and ongoing optimization of MCG solutions across programs, departments, campuses, and affiliated institutions. Working independently, the Senior Account Executive applies consultative expertise to develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities to expand solution adoption, proactively mitigate retention risks, and deliver measurable customer value.
This role also serves as a mentor to less experienced account team members and leverages approved AI-enabled tools to improve customer engagement, account planning, and operational effectiveness. You will: Own an assigned portfolio of Education Program accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager for executive sponsors, academic leaders, faculty, operational stakeholders, and end users. Develop trusted advisor relationships by providing consultative guidance on MCG products, services, workflows, and evidence-based best practices.
Manage renewals, relicensing activities, and customer agreements to support retention, continuity, and long-term customer success. Develop and execute strategic account plans that expand licensed MCG solutions across programs, departments, campuses, and affiliated institutions. Conduct regular customer business reviews, account planning sessions, and health assessments aligned with account segmentation and service expectations.
