Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience managing calendars, screening calls/visitors, and coordinating meetings; prioritizing and tracking correspondence and preparing routine responses; coordinating travel, training, and performance appraisal deadlines; and ensuring compliance with records/forms policies across multiple divisions.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
