We focus on long-term collaboration, clear communication, and delivering real impact through strong engineering and product thinking. Please find more at: https://coderpush.com/ About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can independently guide agile teams through the full delivery lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to both engineering and business stakeholders.
You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers, coach teams on Scrum/Agile best practices, and ensure smooth collaboration between developers, project managers, business stakeholders, and clients across software projects. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to track progress, surface risks early, and keep delivery predictable and transparent. What You Will Do Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with engineering teams and Project Managers to maintain clear priorities, realistic sprint commitments, and effective delivery planning. Track delivery progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays. Facilitate the resolution of impediments and coordinate with relevant teams or stakeholders when issues require cross-team support. Use relevant delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, cycle time, throughput, and blocker trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate retrospectives and ensure agreed improvement actions are followed through and translated into measurable changes. Support healthy backlog management by ensuring priorities, dependencies, risks, and upcoming work are visible and understood by the team. Coordinate dependencies and ways of working across multiple delivery teams where required. Help teams strengthen ownership and self-management while maintaining appropriate delivery discipline.
Communicate delivery status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to relevant stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary. Help protect sprint commitments from unmanaged scope changes and unplanned work. Maintain relevant Agile and delivery artefacts, including sprint plans, risk and dependency tracking, and retrospective actions. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role, with strong hands-on experience supporting software development teams.
