About this role

ND-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band ND-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating, updating and/or evaluating cost estimates and/or quantitative models (such as LCCEs, ICEs, or cost baselines) to support programs, investments and budget decisions; conducting quantitative analyses to assess risk, sensitivity and/or Cost Estimating Relationships and preparing and delivering cost briefings to leadership.

ND-03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band ND-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the preparation, review and/or the documentation of program or project cost estimates (such as LCCEs, ICEs, or project baselines) to support project or acquisition decisions; assisting in tailoring Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and compiling cost, technical, or schedule data using analytical tools.
