SHIFT LEADER (m/f/d) BUYA & REI · Berlin-Kreuzberg Japanese soul. Kreuzberg energy. Your next move. Homemade ramen at BUYA. Japanese sharing plates, cocktails and sake at REI. Two spots with their own personality, right in the heart of Kreuzberg — and we’re looking for a Shift Leader who can keep service running smoothly and make people feel welcome. Tasks Your shift. Your team. You’ll lead the floor, support your crew and keep an eye on the details.

From the first briefing to the final handover, you’ll coordinate service, stay connected with the kitchen and bar, and handle guest requests with confidence. When things get busy, you bring calm, clear decisions and a hands-on attitude. Requirements What you bring Experience in restaurant service and in leading shifts or a team. A warm presence with guests and clear communication with colleagues. Good judgement, reliability and an eye for what needs doing.
