About this role
Key Responsibilities and Duties Assemble scaffolding frames, tubes, boards, guardrail, toe boards, and safety nets following design plans and safety standards Frequently inspect the structure (before use, weekly, and after adverse weather) to ensure safety and make repairs as needed . Check and prepare the area, set base plates, install ties, and ensure environmental and PPE compliance Complete site documentation and collaborate with supervisors, clients, and inspectors Plan design basic scaffolding frames, tubes, boards, guardrail, toe boards to nationally recognized standard Health, Safety & Environment Demonstrate a positive attitude towards improving the culture in the workplace, stop and report any activity you feel might cause injury or damage, ensuring that everyone works safely at all times.
Follows and adhere to any control measures required under the Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems Quality Support the company in maintaining and improving our ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environmental), 45001 (health and safety) standards through adherence to the H&W Management Systems this is the responsibility of all H&W employees when conducting all processes and activities.
