SAP Manager
About this role
About us Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one.
The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. What you'll be doing As our SAP Manager, you will lead the evolution, optimization, and management of our core financial processes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
As Satispay continues to scale rapidly, you will serve as the functional anchor ensuring our financial architecture is robust, compliant, and ready to support high-velocity product launches. If you excel at driving smooth month-end and year-end closes, mastering master data strategies, and aligning SAP core modules with fast-moving business initiatives, this role is for you. Here's what that looks like in practice: - SAP Public Cloud Ownership: act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, maintaining and enhancing key financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury and Controlling (CO); - Month-End & Year-End Closing: oversee, streamline, and execute smooth monthly and annual financial closing processes as well as statutory and group consolidation requirements, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and compliance with reporting standards; - Master Data & Business Partner Governance: manage end-to-end Business Partner (BP) structures and financial Master Data management, establishing best practices for data quality and consistency across systems; - MM Integration & Operations: drive and maintain key integration points between SAP FI/CO and Materials Management (MM) to optimize procurement and passive invoicing workflows; - Agile Product Launches & Scalability: collaborate cross-functionally to quickly adapt the SAP platform to support rapid product launches, changing business models, and high transaction growth; - Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: proactively identify functional bottlenecks in finance processes, proposing automated and scalable solution designs within the SAP Public Cloud framework; - Cross-functional Collaboration: partner closely with internal teams, Finance stakeholders and the external implementation partner to translate operational requirements into scalable technical specifications.
