The role We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 4-5 years of Salesforce experience.

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce out of-the-box capabilities, customization options, integrations, and service processes. The role requires daily collaboration with an offshore development team while closely partnering with business stakeholders across multiple European markets This is what you will do: Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions. • Challenge and refine requirements to ensure delivery of optimal business value. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, and Aftersales teams. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations. Solution Design • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.

• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce standard functionality before proposing custom development. • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. • Ensure solutions are future-proof and support business growth. Delivery & Team Collaboration • Work closely with offshore Salesforce development teams on a daily basis. • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
