About this role
As the Salesforce Administrator for the Business Systems team, you will be the go-to expert ensuring our Salesforce environment is secure, optimized, and user-friendly. You’ll work to understand user needs, configure solutions, and provide hands-on training that empowers every team to work smarter. Your role is key to creating a seamless experience where technology enables people—not the other way around. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Execute configuration changes including Flows, Process Builder, LWCs, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and dashboards. Manage user access, permissions, and system security in compliance with company standards. Provide timely user support and troubleshoot issues, delivering solutions within agreed SLA timelines. Partner with other Salesforce Administrators & Business Systems Managers to implement enhancements, data uploads, and best practice solutions.
Prepare code for system updates, releases, and testing while minimizing disruption to business operations. Deliver end-user training and create documentation to maximize adoption and platform effectiveness. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve scalability through Salesforce features and integrations. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional setting. Certified Salesforce Administrator credential. Proven ability to configure Salesforce (Flows, Process Builder, fields, layouts, dashboards). Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications. Strong communication skills to provide end-user support and training. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated ability to implement AI for Salesforce administration Preferences / Nice-to-Haves Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. Experience with CPQ solutions. Experience with Experience Cloud or B2B Commerce. General understanding of integrations and ERP systems. Experience with coding using Apex. Active participation in the Salesforce community.
