Your Role at Eye - Take ownership of, and continue to grow, an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing talent to scale. - Drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC. - Support your team on tough negotiations, step into strategic deals to help them close. - Work with MSPs and brokers to expand the pipeline, execute tier-up strategy, and unlock new revenue streams.

- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, work with Solutions Engineering on technical support. - Report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director. Who You Are - At least 1 year of experience leading team of Account Executives within a SaaS B2B environment. - You have experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems. You understand how to partner effectively and help partners grow.

- Background in a commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales. Strong at discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations. - You work with frameworks like MEDDPICC. You know when and how to apply them. - You're comfortable with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics. You make decisions based on data. - You work well across teams, handle uncertainty, and bring people together. - Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written.

Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
