We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Project Coordinator to support our sales and project teams by ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and projects from quotation through delivery.

Coordinate customer orders and projects throughout their lifecycle Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and related documentation Act as a key contact between customers, sales teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders Track deliveries and project milestones to ensure timely execution Support procurement and logistics activities Handle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution Maintain accurate information in ERP and CRM systems Prepare reports and support project performance tracking Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational excellence 🧠 Required Profile Experience in project coordination, order management, sales support, logistics, customer service, or a similar role Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal & fluent in Hungarian Good MS Office skills, especially Excel 🔥 Additional Key Success Factors Experience working in an international environment ERP/CRM system knowledge Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or project-based businesses At Schréder Hungary, every employee is valued for their skill set.
