ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring for two positions, and one of them requires advanced German to own our DACH-market customers. For the other, German is a strong plus but not essential. QRmaint is growing, and needs a salesperson who takes full ownership of the outcome — not just running conversations, but owning their own target, pipeline, and forecast end to end.

You'll run sales end-to-end on inbound leads: first contact, demo, close. But inbound isn't enough on its own — you'll actively build out your own pipeline with outbound (LinkedIn, cold calling, conference and partner contacts), because inbound alone won't hit target. This is a role for someone who treats sales as a process to be managed — from discovery, through demos tailored to the customer's actual problems, to closing as the default outcome of a conversation, not a nice side effect.

This is a hybrid role – 2-3 times from office per week – Cracow or Warsaw. ABOUT THE PRODUCT QRmaint is a mobile-first CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) that helps maintenance teams keep machines, equipment, and facilities running at peak performance. Built around QR codes, it gives technicians instant access to asset history, work orders, and maintenance schedules from their phone – scan a code and report a failure, log work, or pull a machine’s full history in seconds.

The platform combines work order management, preventive maintenance, asset and spare-parts management, inspections, and downtime reporting on one central system, trusted across manufacturing, facility and real estate management, retail chains, schools, and field-service providers. QRmaint recently joined SINGU – a leading provider of CAFM and facility-management software – as a new acquisition within the group. It continues as a distinct product in the SINGU portfolio, and this role is dedicated to it.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Own your number – your target, pipeline, and forecast are on you. You're accountable for the outcome, not just for showing up to calls. - Run the full inbound cycle yourself – first contact, demo, close, on self-serve leads coming in after sign-up. - Keep your pipeline fed through outbound – LinkedIn, cold calling, conferences, partner contacts. Inbound alone won't get you to target, so outbound is part of the job, not a stretch goal.

- Tailor every demo to the customer in front of you – lead with discovery ("which machines break down most often?"), don't just walk through features and ask if there are questions. - Default to closing – pin down the customer's real decision window early, and shape your next steps around it instead of following a fixed script. - Keep HubSpot honest – activities, stages, next steps, and forecast numbers, updated as you go, not backfilled before a pipeline review WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM - B2B sales experience – SaaS or industrial/maintenance solutions.

Familiarity with production or maintenance environments is a strong plus (it makes conversations with customers easier) but isn't a requirement to start - A documented track record of owning your own target/pipeline/forecast – not just executing assigned tasks. - The ability to run a discovery conversation – asking about the customer's problems, not just presenting features. - A natural drive to close deals – you treat finalizing the sale as the natural goal of every conversation.

- CRM discipline – accurate, up-to-date data, maintained continuously. - Advanced English and German (minimum C1). We're filling two roles: one calls for advanced German to run our DACH-market accounts; German is a nice-to-have for the other, but not required. - Independence and resilience to rejection – especially in outbound, where "no" is part of the job, not the exception. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE You hit your target on the back of a pipeline you build and manage yourself — inbound gets closed efficiently, and outbound actively fills the gaps inbound leaves.

Customers go through discovery and demos tailored to their real problems, and closing is the natural result of the conversation, not a lucky break. The CRM reflects reality in real time, so the forecast the business relies on is trustworthy. TOOLS YOU’LL USE DAY TO DAY HubSpot, Lusha, FireFiiles WHY JOIN SINGU? - Competitive salary depending on your experience: between 9 500 - 12 000 PLN net on B2B or between 8 000 – 10 000 PLN gross CoE.
