ABOUT THE ROLE This internship sits at the heart of a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the commercial and industrial energy storage space, where you will own outbound pipeline growth across the DACH region and broader Europe. Working directly alongside the founding team, you will be the driving force behind bringing the product to installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build direct relationships with C-level decision-makers through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Take full ownership of the outbound pipeline, from prospecting to first contact and handoff. - Collaborate closely with founders to test and refine pitch angles and messaging. - Operate modern outbound tooling and CRM automation to run high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales playbooks based on real-world results. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Native or bilingual German and fluent English, both are required.

- A proven track record in B2B outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrable drive to master it from scratch. - High energy, competitive mindset, and genuine excitement about reaching decision-makers and hitting ambitious targets. - Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and move fast in an ambiguous, early-stage environment. - Clear and persuasive communicator, written and verbal. - Able to work on-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel.

- Familiarity with modern outbound tooling, or exposure to cleantech, battery storage, or energy markets is a bonus but not required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary of 24,000 to 26,000 EUR, plus an uncapped performance bonus. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany.
