UK remote
Sales Director, New Business EMEA
About this role
What makes this role stand-out? You'll be joining ComplyAdvantage at an exciting point in its growth, taking leadership of a high-performing Enterprise New Business team with a strong track record of delivery. The team has hit its number every year, with multiple reps already at full-year attainment well ahead of year-end. You'll be inheriting talented people and a proven sales organisation : closing tier-1 logos across banking and fintech, including leading UK neobanks and challenger banks, alongside major international financial institutions.
Average order values have grown consistently as the team moves upstream into larger, more complex enterprise deals. At a company level, ComplyAdvantage is a high-growth, profitable scale-up with strong retention and expansion metrics that place it among the best in the category. The business is continuing to move upstream while investing heavily across its platform, data, AI and agentic capabilities. As a well-funded, ambitious business, there is significant appetite to invest further across both GTM and Product.
You'll be joining at an important inflection point as the company scales toward its next major growth milestone and strengthens its position as a market leader. You're not coming in to fix a broken team or simply administer an existing machine. You'll have genuine ownership to build on what is already working : developing the team, recruiting exceptional talent, creating pipeline and raising the standard of Enterprise execution across EMEA.
The opportunity You'll report to the VP of Sales, with your 6 AEs reporting into you. This is a "see it, own it, drive it forward" role. What you'll be doing: Own the new business number for EMEA. Carry accountability for new logo acquisition across the region , from qualified pipeline through to closed won revenue . Drive average deal value up through stronger qualification and multithreading, and identify opportunities across our product suite, including transaction monitoring, agentic AI, and ongoing screening.
Build and lead the team. Recruit exceptional AEs, and sell them on the mission, you are part of what they're choosing. Coach in a way that builds independent operators rather than dependence: develop your team through data led feedback, regular development planning, and a player coach presence on live deals, while giving people the room to work things out for themselves. Build the regional operating rhythm. Stand up the standards that let the function scale in EMEA: qualification criteria, territory planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline and CRM hygiene, alongside onboarding and enablement paths built specifically for a new business motion.
