What to expect Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months Who We're Looking For Native English 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture) What We Offer £50,000–75,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission) Fast-track path to AE Equity: you help build it, you should own a piece of it Equipment of your choice Regular team offsites Hiring Process 15 min intro call 30 min skill interview with our CCO Alex, including a call simulation 20 min culture call with our Founders How we hire?
