Sales Development Representative (SDR), SEO Tools

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the sales team at an early-stage AI content software company, helping build its go-to-market pipeline in the DACH region. You will connect with marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies and book qualified product demos. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to start conversations and qualify interest. - Build and enrich lead lists using AI-assisted research and prospecting tools, including Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.

- Run outbound campaigns across calls, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and improving based on results. - Attend industry events and trade shows in the DACH region, engage prospects, and book follow-up meetings. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records. - Share structured feedback on objections, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or a similar prospecting role. - Fluency in German and English, with experience setting appointments through cold calling. - Hands-on experience with multichannel outreach across phone, LinkedIn, and email. - Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT. - Experience selling SEO tools or working with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.

- Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €55,000 to €80,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
