Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding SDR opportunity at a fast-growing AI communication startup, where you will own the entire English-speaking top-of-funnel and drive qualified demo handoffs to Account Executives. You'll join a small, ownership-driven sales team where your work directly shapes revenue growth, with a clear path to an AE role for top performers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.

- Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and new channels as they emerge. - Build and iterate on outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing, measuring, and improving. - Own the full English-speaking top-of-funnel from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. - Shape and improve SDR processes as the team scales rapidly. - Ensure smooth customer onboarding and handoffs to Account Executives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Native or C2-level English proficiency. - At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales. - Proven ability to run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, with experience iterating on sequences. - B2B SaaS sales background is strongly preferred. - Competitive, metrics-driven mindset with motivation to maximise output under uncapped commission. - Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1 to 2 months to immerse in company culture.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 50,000 to 75,000 GBP annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates should be prepared to work from the Vienna office, including an initial relocation period of approximately 1 to 2 months.
