Become part of IONOS and grow with us. Tasks Support monthly and annual financial closings, including reconciliations, accruals, and the review of accounting entries. Prepare and review variance analyses based on actuals, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain and analyze KPIs and reports for Sales and Marketing.

Support forecasting and planning processes. Review invoices and costs and clarify outstanding issues with relevant departments. Document closing procedures to ensure a structured handover. Qualifications A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, a qualification as a certified accountant, or equivalent professional experience. At least three years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, with proven experience in monthly and annual financial closings.

Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, particularly cost centers, internal orders, and reporting. Excellent Excel skills, especially PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation. An independent, structured, and reliable working style, with the ability to work independently after a short onboarding period. Fluent German and good English skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1.
