Sales Administrator – Maternity Cover 12 Months
About this role
The role of Sales Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for: Working closely with the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Account Management and Sales teams to support customer retention, commercial outcomes and operational excellence. Acting as a central point of coordination between Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations and other business functions to investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs, commercial considerations and compliance requirements are balanced throughout the sales and post-sales process. Your key responsibilities day to day will be… Investigating commercial requests, validating supporting information and ensuring appropriate resolution in line with company policies. Administering contract amendments and other customer account changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Reviewing sales calls and customer interactions to investigate post-sale disputes, identify root causes and support dispute resolution activities. Maintaining accurate records of investigations, decisions and customer communications within relevant business systems. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries and escalations are resolved within agreed service levels. Supporting reporting requirements by gathering, validating and analysing operational and financial data.
The position is onsite in Crewe, Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
