About this role

The Role… At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas. . Y our main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience.

You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members’ tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the floor. What's in it for you? Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.

Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service. Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc) Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly. Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
