R&D Collaboration & Issue Resolution Escalate complex issues to R&D with clear reproduction steps, logs and data. Test and deploy software updates, fixes and new features on site, and give feedback on results. Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to hardware, software and workflows. Safety & Documentation Ensure robots and equipment are operated in line with safety and operational guidelines. Write and update troubleshooting guides, SOPs and setup instructions for the site team.
