📋 Description Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, producing Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, moving routine work Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective.

🎯 Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experienced with owning customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions Experienced in resolving complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers. Experience with customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business. Skilled at reconciliation and able to independently work through why two financial or customer Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
