We’re looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our growing Revenue & O2C Accounting team. In this role, you will support Oura’s retail business by owning and improving key revenue accounting processes, helping stand up scalable processes as new retailers and distribution partners are onboarded, and partnering closely with Technical Accounting to ensure revenue guidance is applied appropriately and implemented effectively.
This role is well suited for a strong revenue accounting professional who enjoys partnering cross-functionally, improving processes in a growing environment, and translating accounting guidance into practical business execution. Role Overview As a Manager in our Revenue Accounting organization, you will: Lead the team Lead, coach, and develop the Revenue Accounting team by setting priorities, providing regular feedback, supporting performance management, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture by clarifying expectations, removing obstacles, and creating opportunities for team members to grow. Support retail revenue accounting and close Own and support monthly and quarterly close activities for assigned retail revenue areas, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis. Record and analyze accruals, reserves, deferred revenue, AR-related entries, and other retail-related accounting entries in accordance with business activity and applicable accounting guidance.
