About this role
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Three years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4, that demonstrates the ability to: Skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; Skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material; Skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; Ability to prepare reports and presentation formats.
AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least 12 months experience at the GS-11 level with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Examples of qualifying experience could include: Independently planning, programming, budgeting, allocating and executing funds associated with organizational programs; OR reviewing, coordinating, and monitoring the Master Cooperative Agreement for assurance of proper obligation and expenditure of funds; OR identifying deficiencies or areas requiring improvement and recommending corrective action and/or initiating investigation to determine cause of deficiencies; OR developing revised policies and procedures for implementation and establishing specific goals and milestones for which projects can be implemented for financial functions; OR providing advice and serving as financial consultant to management on diverse analytical projects related to training operations, budgeting strategies and techniques, resource distribution, program priorities and/or forecasting or long-range planning; AND Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.
Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
