We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our Trading Research & Development team and cover research and quantitative processes within the department. What you will do Monitor the market. Track key news, earnings reports, macroeconomic and geopolitical events, with a focus on the US market. Separate signal from noise. Understand which events genuinely impact companies, sectors, and the broader market. Identify connections and patterns.

Spot recurring themes, sector rotations, shifts in market narratives, and market reactions. Be the market historian. Document important events and market reactions, compare new cases with historical ones, and build a structured knowledge base. Turn information into clear analytics. Structure news and data into concise articles, charts, and dashboards. Highlight key insights, conduct internal lectures, and share knowledge across the company.

Share knowledge. Prepare internal market reviews and lectures, and explain key events and trends to the team. Develop analytical processes. Look for new sources, formats, and ways to find and communicate important information faster and more efficiently. Requirements Skills & Knowledge Hard Skills 2+ years of expertise in one or more of the following areas: Trading — must-have Financial Analysis Macroeconomic Analysis Quantitative Analysis Investment & Asset Management Strong understanding of financial markets , particularly US equities.

Python and SQL skills for data processing and analysis. Experience with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus. English: B2 or higher. Ukrainian - Professional fluency Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and curiosity. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Initiative and a proactive approach. Strong self-organization and a systematic mindset.
