Why it matters: This reporter will enhance our coverage of the Middle East by becoming the authority on the big topics and trends that are profoundly shaping Gulf deals and economic development. Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact at Axios through the following responsibilities: Anchor a weekly newsletter that will track the intersection of capital and power.

Help Axios readers understand how Gulf states leverage trillions to become dominant global investors in sectors spanning technology and professional sports, while simultaneously funding massive domestic infrastructure and emerging champions in AI and aviation to secure unprecedented influence across world capitals. Become our public authority on stage and elsewhere to help illuminate these important issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Location and employment structure Location: Gulf-Based, Middle East.
