To support a growing rental facility, the full-time Rental Coordinator will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and guide clients through the rental process while working onsite in Amarillo, TX. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound leads and assist customers through the rental process Build and maintain relationships with contractors to expand the customer base Develop sales strategies to enhance market share and improve customer experience Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer relationship management Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay informed on product offerings Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for solving customer problems Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
