Remote Estimator (Heavy Civil and Earthwork)

📋 Description Perform takeoffs and bid preparation from plans and specifications Handle RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and revisions Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors—including persistent follow-up to meet bid deadlines Manage pre-construction support and site coordination documentation Use Bluebeam, WinX Grade, and Heavy Bid (or similar estimating software) Review complex public bid packages with detailed specs to ensure compliance 🎯 Requirements Fluent English (written and verbal for subcontractor calls) Minimum 6 years of construction estimating experience Proficiency with Bluebeam OR willingness to learn quickly Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in US Eastern Time zone Experience with heavy civil or earthwork estimating (asphalt/paving experience strongly preferred) Comfort managing complex bid coordination and subcontractor outreach 🎁 Benefits Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience
