Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.

Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon. As a member of this team, you’ll support our client and help deliver an exceptional multi-platform experience for players. As an Engagement Moderator, you will: Be able to begin orientation immediately Demonstrate proactive behavior, quick learning abilities, and strong communication skills Stay up to date with project changes and updates Have prior Discord or social media moderation experience across multiple platforms Bring previous experience with gaming-related projects (a plus!)
