Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy - Texas to support the company’s Texas regulatory, legislative, and stakeholder engagement activities.
This role will help advance Rowan’s Texas data center portfolio by supporting policy initiatives, regulatory engagement, stakeholder outreach, and project-level advocacy efforts that enable successful project development and operations. Working closely with Rowan's Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy Manager, the Senior Associate will help protect and advance Rowan's investments by supporting engagement with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, consultants, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
The role will contribute to the development and execution of Rowan's Texas policy strategy, support project-specific advocacy initiatives, and help translate complex legislative, regulatory, and market developments into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong public policy foundation, excellent communication and organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
